Training
I have been working as a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) since 1997. I am currently associated with Fast Lane and teaching most of my courses for them. My primary interest has always been in routing and switching, the technologies that lie at the heart of every network. Over the years I focused more and more on the Data Center environment, which is reflected in the courses that I teach and the projects that I have done.
In 2003 I achieved CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification, proving that I can work at the highest level in the Routing & Switching arena. In addition, I have done work in various other areas, such as data center, security, and network programmability, as I strive to keep a good general overview of everything that goes on in the world of networking.
To me, teaching has always been one of the most satisfying jobs there is. It allows me to help others to grow and achieve their goals, while in return students challenge me and help me to keep striving for technical excellence. Finally and most importantly, teaching allows me to share my passion for technology with others.
I have taught classes for the largest Cisco Learning Providers in the world and for Cisco Systems itself.
Current Cisco courses that I teach are:
- Implementing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (DCACI)
- Configuring Cisco Unified Computing System (DCCUCS)
- Introducing Cisco Unified Computing System (DCIUCS)
- Implementing and Operating Cisco Data Center Core Technologies (DCCOR)
- Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions (ENSDWI)
- Cisco SD WAN Operation and Deployment (SDWFND)
- Developing Applications and Automating Workflows using Cisco Platforms (DEVASC)
- Implementing Cisco Multicast (MCAST)
- IPv6 Fundamentals, Design, and Deployment (IP6FD)
- Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA)
In addition to these courses from the official Cisco Training curriculum I can also provide custom classes that are tailored to your specific needs.
